A much-improved performance compared to our last meeting, but just not quite enough to get over the line today.

In cold conditions, the game swung in spells for both sides. After going behind, we battled back in the second half with goals from Joey—breaking through on goal and slotting into the bottom corner—and Archie, whose driven free-kick powered through a crowd and found the far corner to make it 2–2.

Ramsgate, however, regained the lead shortly after the equaliser and held on for the win.
